In an effort to get 100% accurate information for every team that has qualified and will be competing in the UPA World Championship, all five (5) players of a qualified team must register individually and pay the $20 registration fee. Once all five players on a qualified team have successfully registered then that team will be officially entered into the UPA World Championship. All five registered players must be the same players that the team qualified with unless a special circumstance has occurred.
